In the Nordic Walking world they say: "If you can walk, you can Nordic Walk!" it really is a form of exercise that is suitable for everyone, whatever your age or current level of fitness.

Everyone knows that walking is good for you, it's good for your mind, body and soul. Nordic Walking is like regular walking but with added benefits. The use of the poles turns walking into a whole body exercise by activating the upper body muscles and propelling the body forward. You will be able to walk faster and for longer but it will seem easier.

Nordic Walking can be enjoyed by all ages and we can tailor sessions to suit individual requirements. Please contact us by phone or email and we will be happy to discuss this with you.
