How long will the session last?

Sessions last around an hour and include a series of warm up and cool down exercises.

What should I wear?

Special fitness clothing is not required, just wear something that you are comfortable in, and check the weather report and dress accordingly. Layered clothing is best, and a waterproof jacket if needed. Jogging bottoms or walking trousers are better than jeans, but there is no need to buy anything specially. A hat and gloves are important in cold weather.

What footwear do I need?

The best footwear is waterproof, breathable walking shoes. If you don't have these then you can wear trainers. Walking boots are not quite as good as they can restrict movement in your foot and ankle, but again, don't buy any special footwear to start with.
